This option allows “list printing” of CURRENT Meetings that YOU create and display using the Meeting Finder Plug-in from Area 11 website.

These lists can be printed from Chrome, Edge AND Safari browsers.

 

HOW TO PRINT YOUR OWN MEETING LIST

 

You can use the “Sorting Options” you learned from the Meeting Finder Tutorial Video to make a customized meeting list.*

Appropriate Sub District printing is available:

In the first column, change “Near Me” to “Search” using the down prompt arrow

Then

From the 2nd column: Select “Switch to Districts” using the down prompt arrow.

Continue to manipulate the table until you have created your desired list.*

Follow the instructions below to print this list or to save a digital copy.

Instructions for Chrome and Firefox browser

1. Press the three vertical dots / horizontal lines in the upper right corner of your browser
2. Select “Print”
3. Choose to print your meeting list or save it as a PDF to keep a digital copy

 

Instructions for Safari and Edge browser

1. Select FILE from the top of your browser
2. Select “Print” or choose “Export to PDF” to save a digital copy to your computer

  • Once you have your print out, you can look up the meeting name (using the search option) in the Meeting Finder Plugin OR the Mobile App and write down the meeting Information. (for on-line meetings)
  • If your printer allows two sided printing you could select that option at time of printing
  • If you choose to save the file as a PDF you can email you list to other members
  • These “Hard Copies” are a great aide to present to newcomers (Print a Few and bring to the meeting to hand out)
